Dr. Fabio Pencle, Orthopaedic Trauma and Spine Surgeon
Dr. Fabio Pencle is a Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon. Fellowship training was completed in the USA in Head, Neck & Spine Reconstructive Surgery. Additionally, Dr. Pencle trained in general surgery at a Level 1 Trauma center in New York where he completed his surgical trauma log. He completed his Post Graduate Orthopaedic Degree at the University of Edinburgh and a Medical Graduate from the University of West Indies Mona Campus.
Working in several clinical settings in Jamaica, including Black River Hospital, Spanish Town Hospital, Kingston Public Hospital, and University Hospital of the West Indies. He was able to get insights into healthcare leadership and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
Dr. Pencle is an active participant in academic medicine, currently an Associate Professor & Lecturer at the University of Technology. He has published several orthopedic techniques in peer-reviewed journals internationally. He is an International Board Registered and a member of AO Spine Foundation, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Franz Pencle, Neurosurgeon
Dr. Franz Pencle is a Fellowship Trained Neurosurgeon in Complex Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery. He specializes in brain tumours, aneurysm clipping, brain trauma, spinal tumours, and spine surgery. He completed is medical training at the University of the West Indies (Jamaica) and Residency at the University Hospital of the West Indies. Fellowship training was at the Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine, Halifax Canada. As a Consultant Neurosurgeon he works at several hospitals and brings extensive surgical experience in the rarest and complex spine, neurological cases and advanced neurosurgical techniques.
Dr. Josemar Cuffe, Head and Neck Surgeon (ENT)
Dr. Josemar Cuffe graduated from university of the West Indies with a MBBS in 2009. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Medicine specialising in Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose, Throat surgery). He also did a fellowship in head and neck cancer surgery in Portsmouth, England and another fellowship in sinus and skull base surgery in St. Louis University, Missouri USA.

Dr. Tasha-Kay Walker-Palmer, Consultant Neurosurgeon
Dr. Tasha-Kay Walker-Palmer is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and is currently attached to the Kingston Public Hospital and the Bustamante Hospital for Children. She has done special training in peadiatric neurosurgerical conditions in Canada and Australia and has also completed a medical fellowship in Australia.
Dr. Walker-Palmer completed both of her medical training qualifications (first qualifying degree MBBS and DM postgraduate training in neurosurgery) from the University of the West Indies and has been a qualified and registered medical doctor since 2007.
